The cost to participate in this NWTA weekend is €550 (including lodging and accommodation) and must be paid in full to make registration final.
To make your registration final, in the last step of this process choose this option unless otherwise agreed

To continue in the process you agree to the following by checking the box below:

1. I certify that I am at least 18 years old.
2. I accept the attached training conditions of MKP Netherlands, including cancellation conditions (Dutch version, English version).
3. I take care of timely and complete return of the questionnaires I receive prior to the training.
4. I accept that I will be placed on a waiting list if the number of available places, allocated in order of receipt of payment, is reached or exceeded.
   If I am ultimately not selected, I may choose to receive a refund (with no cancellation fee) or defer to a subsequent NWTA (at any additional cost if training fees change).
5. I agree to be present at the training site throughout the training.
6. I agree to share my personal information with other participants prior to this training (tbh preparation and carpooling).
7. I agree that my personal data will be shared with the European MKP community after the end of this training (according to AVG I have the right to see, change or delete your data afterwards).
